Creativesystems arrives to the German market
13-02-2012
The Portuguese technological company Creativesystems, a pioneer in the implementation of RFID solutions, has just entered the German market with the opening of an office in Düsseldorf.
The new office will be the basis for a closer proximity with the company's operations in Central and Eastern Europe, helping to consolidate and ensure a high level of service to the market. Currently, from headquarters in Portugal, Creativesystems has been sustainably growing its business with several ongoing projects in the U.S.A., South Africa and Asia. The business in Germany and Central Europe currently represents around 25% of revenues with a strong growth trend. This new initiative is part of a broader investment plan, for three years, and includes the opening of other offices and the creation of a Software House. According to João Vilaça, Creativesystems’ CEO, "The new German office is the result of the good work developed in this market. The focus in Germany is not recent. In fact, we have been actively working on the German market since 2009. This is a natural step for us to be closer to our customers and to ensure a high level of service."
The main goals for this new office are to be close to the target customers, support local business (commercially and technically), facilitate communication with the headquarters and boost business development in Central and Eastern Europe. Initially, Creativesystems will focus on large customers of the retail market. Later, with the consolidation of the business, it will address customers in other areas, such as logistics and manufacturing.
