iDTRONIC Smart RFID presents RFID Mobile Terminal M3 Orange

German company iDTRONIC Smart RFID recently presented its M3 Orange Mobile Terminal with integrated RFID reader for HF frequency.

The M3 Orange was designed for industrial use and is of outstanding durability and has demonstrated unmatched ruggedness to perform in extreme environments through a large variety of durability tests and provides protection class IP65.

The combination of a powerful Intel X-scale PXA320 806MHz processors and the user friendly Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system, 256MB SDRAM and 1GB Flash memory allow to run many different applications. The following tags are supported: ISO 14443 A/B, NXP Mifare + Desfire and ISO 15693.

As special feature, the Data Collector M3 Mobile in HF version has also two integrated SAM slots. Thanks to this feature, this device can be used in Public Transport as well as Mobile Payment applications.

The iDTRONIC Mobile RFID Terminal M3 Orange is ideal for: Contactless E-Ticket, Access control, Cashless payment, Public transport and Distribution.

The M3 Orange is equipped with a high capacity Lithium ion battery which allows a long operating time. Standard accessories Desktop Cradle, Power Supply, Earphones, Active Sync cable, Spare battery, Spare stylus are part of each delivery Standard communications are Bluetooth, USB, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi technology. Thanks to a wide range of options / accessories (example: GPS, Camera, Barcode Scanner), it is possible to customize the M3 Orange terminal for your application.
