Datalogic Doubles Presence In Industrial Automation Through Acquisition Of Accu-Sort Systems

Datalogic S.p.A.has entered into an agreement with certain subsidiaries of Danaher Corporation to acquire Accu-Sort Systems Inc.and certain of its affiliates.
